An efficient test approach for swift and accurate assessments

We combine multiple choice with manual entry questions. The answer options require genuine knowledge, with small nuances often distinguishing the different options. The test is interactive and simple to understand, while still enabling an in-depth report of the candidate’s skill level.

All our tests follow the same structure, where we assess the candidate in four different subject areas and categorise the questions into easy, intermediate, and difficult levels. To provide the candidate with a good starting point, each test begins with two easy questions followed by two intermediate difficulty questions, before the system is allowed to randomly select questions within each subcategory.

In all standard tests, 24 questions are to be answered in 30 minutes. When the time is up, the test closes automatically. This speedy process allows the candidates to allocate time and focus, whether at home or on the run.

You don't need to consider seniority when determining which test to send. Our tests are tailored for all levels of experience. Candidates take the same test - and we provide a results report to guide you.

Each test is generated with new questions. The questions are randomised, and the order of answer options is likewise shuffled. But we maintain the same number of questions within each subcategory and difficulty level, ensuring that test results remain comparable.

Upon test completion, you receive a visual report with clear graphical insights, automated summaries, and benchmarking against similar profiles. Our AI analysis adds concise commentary, highlighting key strengths and development areas for quick understanding of candidate performance. Proficiency is measured on a four-point scale: Beginner, Basic Proficiency, Competent, and Skilled. We also review time management, point distribution, and performance by subject and difficulty, including individual question analysis.
